A big thank you to everyone who came out to Portland for our annual Info Directions User Group Conference! We had over fifty attendees from eighteen different organizations.
We did a few things different this year to encourage participation and interaction between attendees, where people could ask questions, answer questions, and brainstorm in a small group setting.
Of course we had excellent speakers from Credo Mobile: Mark Hollis gave an overview of his organization’s Call Center environment and shared Credo’s vision of CostGuard to support additional strategies for growth and efficiency. Stacey Gordon presented her organization’s best practices for submitting change requests through the Info Directions Adaptive Request Process.
Anyone who sat in on the session with Rebekah Powers got to see how Mitel has built work plans to eliminate manual processes by leveraging the templates provided by Info Directions. David West, Equinox Executive Vice President, gave us an overview of the common points of revenue leakage experienced by telecom carriers, with real-world examples.
Attendees also heard from Info Directions’ Ken Pierce about enhancements in the next release of Advance Pay. 
Monday night was especially fun for us at Bridgeport Brewery; where we had a chance to relax, get to know our clients a bit better, and share a little of our "corporate culture." We look forward to the conference every year because our clients are so much fun – especially when you get a few of them together!
