The Billing Services Team also provides expert advice that helps clients leverage their CostGuard system to improve the organization's bottom line and enhance the customer experience.

Completing the ASP offering is a state-of-the-art hosting facility designed to exceed the stringent Network Equipment Building Standards (NEBS), the most common set of safety, spatial and environmental design guidelines for telecommunications equipment. Co-located in the Frontier CyberCenter, Info Directions' ASP provides physical and data security with armed guards, surveillance cameras, biometric scanners, enclosed cabling, laser sniffers, redundant switches, redundant IP backbone, redundant power supplies and more.
